How soon will I get the license after the order?

Usually, the activation key is sent to the e-mail address provided during the order procedure and should reach you within one hour after the order has been processed successfully.


You shall also check the spam folder to see if you get email containing the activation key there.

Can I evaluate the software before making the decision to purchase it?

We offer a trial version for any of our programs, allowing you to evaluate its features to see if they suit your needs. However, you may get reduced functionality from a trial version compared to the full version, or get a watermark in the project before you have a license.


For example, you are able to use iOS Data Recovery to deeply scan your device to see if it can discover your deleted files, but not recover them.


Or, you can convert a video from one format to another with the trial version of Video Converter, but a watermark will be generated on the output video.

What is your license policy?

We offer 2 types of license based on the duration of the period for which the customer can use the software: 1-year and Lifetime.


While a Lifetime license grants the customer free access to product updates, customer support, and use the licensed software indefinitely, a one-year license will allow the customer to use the licensed software without limitations for one year, including receiving all major upgrades and minor updates.

What to do if I did not receive the activation code after placing an order?

In general,  you will receive an email containing the license code and other information within 1 hour after the order has been processed successfully. If you could not find it in the mailbox and spam folder, kindly contact us attaching the payment receipt, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

When are products eligible for a refund?

What can I do if I bought a wrong product?

If you have accidentally purchased the incorrect product from our website, please contact us with the activation code, we will help you exchange the license code for the correct product that you need.

Why was the product cost much higher than the list price?

We only charge the price as listed on the website, In some countries, customers may be required to charge tax.  And tax rates differ depending on the customer's location, such as country, state, and city.

Why was I charged twice for the same order?

This could happen when one of the following situations occur.

  1. There was an error in the order processing.
  2. It's possible that the double charge you see on your bank statement is an authorization (pending charge), rather than a real charge. Your credit card company may authorize your card before the actual funds are taken.
  3. Double-clicking the payment button when confirming the payment

How can I get the registration code of your products?

You can purchase the product you need from our website, and our system will send an email with the activation code to your email address provided during the order procedure.

What to do if the registration code is invalid?

The error will occur if the wrong registration code has been entered when attempting to register the product. Make sure that you copy the entire license key WITHOUT extra blank or letter from the order confirmation email. Note that the registration email is case sensitive

Can I run the program on a different computer if I purchase a Personal License?

You can use your program on only one computer at a time. For more information, see the License Policy

How many devices can I use with one license?

The number of devices supported is up to the type of your license. Please check out the license plan in order page carefully before purchasing.

What is your upgrade policy?

We offers lifetime free updates for most of the products, which ensures that our license registered customers will free receive all updates and new versions that are released after an order. 

How can I update the software to the latest version?

If you're on a Windows computer, open the software and then click on the Menu icon at the top right corner of the program. Select "Check for Updates" to see if there is an update is available. If yes, click on "Update Now" to begin the update procedures.

If you're on a Mac computer, you can find the same option from the top menu bar.

I have not received my activation key email, what should I do?

Usually, you'll receive the order confirmation e-mail within one hour after the order processed successfully. The confirmation e-mail includes your order details, registration information and download URL. Please confirm you placed the order successfully and checked the SPAM folder in case it has been tagged as SPAM.

If you are still unable to receive the confirmation e-mail even after 2 hours, please contact us with the Licensed e-mail or the Order ID. We will handle it as soon as possible.
